Reading First Data Online
Welcome to Reading First Data Online! Reading First is a U.S. Department of Education program aimed at implementing research-based methods of early reading instruction in kindergarten through third-grade classrooms. This site provides information on states and territories, districts, and schools that receive Reading First funding. Available report topics include award amounts, demographic and geographic information, and assessments used by funded entities.
Overview Reports providing information for all funded states and territories may be created by clicking on the links to the right. Many of the reports may be expanded to include district- and school-level data as well. Profile Reports presenting more detailed and comprehensive information, such as lists of participating schools and assessments used in each grade, may be generated either within an Overview Report or through the Profile Search to the right.
